If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address.
In case pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
Color or Preference Issues
If the return is due to color variation, design preference, or simply not liking the product, the item must be self-shipped to our warehouse.
Pickup service will not be provided in such cases.

Online Payment Orders
Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing may take a few business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds for COD orders are generally issued through bank transfers. Customers may be asked to provide bank account details once approved.
We offer paid pickup service at ₹69 per shipment for serviceable pickup pincodes only.
If a pickup pincode is not serviceable, customers must self-ship the parcel to our return address.
